Cough can be a symptom of any disease that occurs due to many reasons. Instead of using cough medicine or syrup, help can be obtained from prescriptions prepared naturally in the home environment. What Is Good For Cough?

Apple Cure

  • 1 medium sized apple
  • 2 apple seeds
  • 1 clove
  • Half a lemon
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 1 coffee spoon of linden
  • 1 stick of cinnamon
  • 4-5 glasses of water

Preparation: Take all the ingredients except honey in a suitable pot and boil them on a medium heat stove. After removing the boiling mixture from the stove, add the strained honey and mix it homogeneously. Drink 1 cup of the cure you have prepared, either hot or cold. It is a cure that can be used in children as well as adults. Apple cure is useful in the treatment of cough by reducing the severity of cough.

Black Pepper Cure

  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of honey
  • 1 cup of hot milk

Preparation: The milk is heated and black pepper and honey are added into it. Drink the mixture when the honey is completely dissolved. It is an effective cure for adults and children.

Mulberry Molasses Cure

  • 1 tablespoon of mulberry molasses
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper

Preparation: Mix the honey and black pepper until they get a paste-like consistency. Consume 1 spoon of the cured cure. Again, it is a reliable cure for adults and children.

Ginger Cure

  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon of honey

Preparation: Mix honey and ginger in a small bowl. Curing can be diluted upon request. Not recommended for children under 10 years old. But it is an effective cough cure for adults.


Thyme has an antibacterial effect. It is an effective herb in the treatment of dry cough caused by bacteria. It is effective for cough if consumed by preparing tea with fresh or dried thyme.


Mint is a miraculous herb that is effective in the treatment of colds. Mint leaves have a soothing effect on the throat. Half a tablespoon of butter is melted in a small coffee pot, a tablespoon of molasses is added to it, and mixed and consumed. Molasses and butter are an effective method for coughing up.
